Congratulations to all of our students on their exam achievements this year.

If you have an concerns about your exam results, please contact your teacher, the head of that department or the exams officer.

If you would like to enquire about a review of your exam results, you must complete the Review of Results form and pass this on to the exams officer or email to

Hardcopies of these documents have been enclosed in your results envelopes should you wish to use them. 

The deadline for all requests is Monday 26 September.

Charges are applicable of which you will be informed of when you make your enquiry.

Exam Certificate Collection
Your exam certificates are a record of your hard work and achievement as well as important documents which future employers or education providers may wish to view. If you have taken exams at Highcrest and wish to collect your certificates, please email Please state your name, the year you left Highcrest and what type of exams you sat (e.g. GCSEs, BTEC, A Level). Kindly allow us at least 24 hours to respond. We recommend that you look after them very carefully, keep hold of the originals and only give copies to a potential employer/ education provider. If a certificate is lost, you will have to contact the exam board directly and currently they charge approximately £50 per replacement certificate.

Instructions To Students

All students must report to the canteen 30 minutes before the start time of the exam.

Students should be in the canteen by 8.30am for a morning exam and 1.00pm for an afternoon exam. They do not need to go to registration as a register will be taken in the exam.
